Harwich Connexions Community Trust was established in 2006 as a charity to provide buildings, open space and facilities in the Harwich area to benefit the community.
Since its formation the Trust has worked with funding partners and end user organisations to rescue assets in the town that continue to provide accommodation for small business users, children and community organisations.

Each of our practitioners take their time to get to know each child and build a nurturing bond with them. Each achievement is celebrated no matter how small!
We support your children as they go on their own learning journey from helping them to communicate with their friends and practitioners as well as enabling them with their emotional wellbeing.
We encourage your child to explore the nursery both indoors and out (in all weathers) and sometimes we go on adventures in the community :)
Windmill Nursery has a light and airy baby room, a spacious toddler room and two pre-school rooms that interlink.
All rooms have access to an undercover outdoor area and also a turfed garden accessible to all children on a free flow basis, in all weathers!
Windmill Nursery was originally part nursery and part children's centre opening in 2009.
We are easily located for all families living or working in Harwich and its surrounding rural areas. Conveniently situated just off the A120 in Ramsey, on a direct bus route and one mile from Harwich town. We have our own designated car park which includes two disabled parking bays.
We are open from 8:00am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 50 weeks a year, providing childcare from 3 months to five years old.
Although we are in a purpose-built setting adjacent to Two Village Primary School, we are open to ALL children in the Harwich area, even if you intend to send your primary school aged child elsewhere.
